Welcome to First and Last Cottages - a selection of personally managed self-catering holiday cottages, apartments and barn conversions, all set within an Area of Outstanding National Beauty in West Cornwall. This area boasts a stunning coastline, unspoilt fishing villages, sheltered coves, rugged moorland, and; warmed by the Gulf Stream, a mild climate.

Escape the hustle and bustle and indulge in watersports, walking the coastal path, birdwatching, the lively arts scene, visiting sub-tropical gardens and eating fabulous food. Wonder at England's most westerly point, Land's End, enjoy a performance at the Minack Theatre, which uses the ocean as a backdrop, or venture across the causeway to St. Michael's Mount. Choose to do everything or nothing!

	Porthcurno - the beach here is spectacular, with white sand which is made up almost entirely of tiny, 30,000 year old seashells and extends well below the water line, giving the sea a bright turquoise colour. Accommodation available: Stargazey, The School House, Top Deck, Beachcomber, Sundowner (PW), Surfers Paradise, Shellseekers, Cara (PW), Flat 1 (PW), Flat 2 (PW), Flat 3 (PW) , Flat 4 (PW), Flat 5 (PW) in Mercury House, all of which are close to the Minack Theatre and the beach.
	Porthgwarra - a secluded fishing cove adjacent to the south west coastal path. Short walk to the Minack Theatre and Porthchapel beach. Accommodation available: Carn Scathe
	Land's End and Sennen Cove - the "Blue Flag" beach at Sennen Cove is ideal for surfing Accommodation available: Treeve Moor Cottage (PW) by the cliffs at Land's End, Cobweb Cottage (PW) just yards from the beach in Sennen Cove.
	St. Just - Britain's most westerly town, steeped in mining history, with Cape Cornwall, the only cape in England, nearby Accommodation available: Joppa Barn (PW) between Sennen and St. Just in a tranquil, rural location, Maple Barn in the sheltered valley of Tregeseal just outside St. Just.

Treeve Moor House, the closest bed and breakfast to Land's End, offers high quality accommodation. It's in an ideal location if you are visiting the Minack Theatre, for walking the coastal path and it's just 4 miles from Land's End airport. It has a VisitBritain 4 star grading.
