At the beginning of 2003 I was brave enough to give up the corporate world (and the commuting to London every week!) to offer high quality bed and breakfast accommodation at Treeve Moor House. Over the last 5 years I have welcomed visitors from all over the world and many people have been back for repeat visits. The following are a selection of some of the comments guests have made "excellent breakfast, wicked shower", "thoroughly pampered, excellent conversation", "great shower, great bed, great breakfast, we will be back", thanks for all the info you let us have - you definitely know your stuff about Cornwall" and my favourite comment of all "always feels like coming home" which is definitely the feeling I am trying to achieve!

Treeve Moor House and Cottage at Land's End were built for my grandmother in approximately 1908 and the property has remained in the family ever since. I can remember moving here when I was five years old and we had no mains water or electricity. I decided to take the property on but it had been rather neglected and was ravaged by damp so I have spent the last five years refurbishing both houses so that they reach the high standards expected by today's traveller. VisitBritain has graded Treeve Moor House as 4 star accommodation.

Stargazey, Top Deck, Beachcomber and Shellseekers are all located in the valley at Porthcurno just yards from the beach, in a building which was once part of the Cable and Wireless training school. Sundowner is a ground floor apartment in a large semi detached house just a bit further up the valley - Surfers Paradise is the first floor flat above Sundowner. The five flats in Mercury House are situated across the road from Zodiac House in an elegant detached Victorian villa, formerly the residence of the manager of Porthcurno's international telegraph station. Banjo Cottage is a terraced property in the heart of St. Just with a wonderful "secret" garden. The Old Chapel is a semi-detached cottage in the heart of St. Just. Maple Barn is a converted barn in Nancherrow on the outskirts of St. Just. VisitBritain has graded Stargazey as 4 star accommodation.

I am currently working with Coast (Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project) towards becoming environmentally responsible.

I have spent the majority of my working life with British Airways so have a wealth of experience in customer care. I've also spent many a night away from home so I know a lot about what can make your stay more comfortable - good quality mattresses on the beds; heating which you can control if you are too hot or too cold and a high standard of cleanliness, to name just a few. I've tried hard to get these things right in all of the properties in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
